BOTANICA
Set in a hidden garden lit by flickering candle light, Botanica serves natural ‘farm-to-table’ cuisine. Guests can sit in an idyllic al fresco potager amidst the natural vegetables and herbs or surrounded by hundreds of coloured blooms in the Orchid House. Botanica’s cuisine uses natural and sustainable produce picked from the Chef’s Garden or sourced from local artisanal producers where possible, and cooked in methods that enhance the natural taste of the ingredients. Botanica’s Gin Bar serves a selection of 34 different gins from around the world, all perfectly paired with herbs, fruits and flavours from the Chef’s Garden to match the unique characteristics of each gin.
FANDITHA
Hidden on the northern tip of the island, Fanditha offers breathtaking sunset views while you laze on divan-style bolsters, Arabic carpets and chill-out loungers. Meaning ‘magic’ in Dhivehi, the local language, the restaurant bears homage to the mythical Lady Fanditha that once graced this remote corner of the island and where to this day, ancient ‘djinis’ (genies) of Arabian and Maldivian legend continue to weave their enchantments. Fanditha is a casual beachside restaurant located on the northern tip of the island. Hosted in two distinctive dining areas, Reethi incorporates indoor and outdoor dining options with semi-open-air areas and an open terrace that is well-spread across the Earth and Hoshi concepts. Menus specialise from sumptuous breakfasts to diverse dinner options featuring luxury French brasserie and Japanese cuisine. Epicure, a wine cellar holding some of the island’s 9,000 wines, also acts as a private dining room and a haven for fine food and wine enthusiasts.

Offering rustic Italian fare with endless ocean views, Rabarbaro is the perfect pitstop for a long, lazy lunch and relaxed drinks. Rabarbaro’s philosophy embraces the rustic simplicity of Italy’s traditional dishes. Our woodfire oven pizzas are the stars of a short but sweet menu, with other pasta and main dishes from Naples to Rome also making an appearance.

The Dive Centre at One&Only Reethi Rah offers guided diving and introductory courses to guests. It is certified as a PADI Gold Palm Resort Dive Centre and a 100% PADI AWARE member, one of the few in the Maldives. The team consists of professional PADI Instructors, who are all equally passionate divers and dive teachers. Courses are taught from basic scuba demonstrations for the completely inexperienced up to professional level Dive Master courses.
Snorkelling is great fun, easy to learn and an ideal way to build up confidence in the water. It is accessible to anyone and is an enjoyable way to get the whole family involved.
